What insurances do we accept?

We work with all insurance companies.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept cash, personal checks, insurance checks, and all major credit/debit cards.

What is the turn around time?

It depends on how quickly the insurance company responds and the availability of the parts.

What type of work do we do?

We mostly do insurance/owner paid collision repairs. If we have the time, we do offer complete paint jobs. However, they come second on our priority list, because we want to help our customers get back on the road as quickly and most importantly as safely as possible after an accident/collision.

Do we do rust jobs?

Not typically, we prioritize collision repairs first because those customers need their vehicles back on the road as soon as possible.

Do we have Rental/Loan vehicles?

We do not offer this service, however, you can rent a vehicle from Todd’s (located in the same building as our shop), or there is also USave Rental or Enterprise Rentals here in Chestertown, MD.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

No, any time Monday – Thursday 8:00 to 5:00 and Fridays 8:00 to 3:00. We close for lunch at 12:00-12:30 every work day.
